Carmen Josefina Leon Crespo, best known as Pilín Leon, (b. Maracay, Aragua state, Venezuela, May 19, 1963) won the 1981 Miss World contest, representing Venezuela. She became the second Venezuelan (after Susana Duijm in 1955) to win the title. The pageant was held in London, United Kingdom.
