Currently, Amir Adnan is the largest enterprise of designer clothing in Pakistan, and caters to an upper-class clientele. Among Amir Adnan's clientele are former Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf and former Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Amir Adnan currently houses its flagship store in Karachi, with complimenting domestic stores in Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, and Islamabad. International outlets include Dubai.
