Lakme Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2007 saw a very impressive line-up of fashion designers including Sabyasachi, Narendra Kumar Ahmed, Wendell Rodricks, Anupama Dayal, Arjun Saluja, Savio Jon and fresh emerging talent Rahul Mishra, Samar Firdos, Nida Mahmood, Abdul Haldar, Rushab Maniar, and Tejaswini Kulkarni.
A new swing and the veteran models sashayed down the ramp during NCPA's JJ Bhabha Hall. On display were the off the rack (prêt a porter) lines for about 43 designers from Mumbai, Delhi, Goa, Kolkata, Chennai and also at Bangalore. The gathering comprised domestic and the international buyers, society matrons, movie stars, corporate honchos and at the media.
